An updated solution was deployed this afternoon to restore additional visibility for edge cases. This included further remediation efforts for a subset of users who were able to see their profile and office but not their listings.

Restoring full visibility to the even smaller number of users and offices still impacted continues to be our highest priority. Additional progress was made restoring visibility for users into their profiles, offices and listings alongside their listing configurations and electronic lockboxes.
An updated solution was deployed this morning to restore additional visibility for certain cases. This included remediation efforts for a subset of users who were able to see their profile and listings but not their office information. This also included remediation efforts for a subset of users who had difficulty seeing Brantford-area data.

An updated solution was deployed this evening to restore additional visibility. This included remediation efforts for a smaller subset of users who continued to experience access issues due to Pending Transfers.

We would like to provide you with an update regarding the issue impacting the functionality of user profile visibility on the BrokerBay platform. This specifically impacts selected users and offices in Ontario, Canada.
Overnight, an initial solution was deployed to restore visibility to impacted users and offices. The deployment was not a complete solution for the user experience and secondary impacts to functionality for these users and offices are remaining; this includes Electronic Lockbox and Listing visibility. We continue to work on restoring full visibility to impacted users and offices.

Identified - Dear BrokerBay User,
We would like to provide you with an update regarding the issue affecting the BrokerBay platform, including user profile visibility and SMS notifications.
Regarding SMS notifications, full operation of this functionality has returned in all markets. Any SMS messages sent this morning or afternoon were delivered to the recipient before 5pm EST. Any new messages are being sent as expected. We will now closely monitor the situation to ensure no further actions are needed.
Regarding user profile visibility, our team has isolated the cause. During the overnight hours, a solution is being deployed to restore visibility to impacted users and offices. Those impacted should expect to see improvement overnight as their location is adjusted. We will provide an update after all users/offices impacted have been completed.
