We would like to provide you with an update regarding the earlier issue affecting the BrokerBay Platform's ITSO Listing Connection. This impacted users in ITSO only, within Ontario, Canada. We have identified the root cause and implemented a priority adjustment to resolve the issue.

The BrokerBay platform is currently experiencing an issue with the automated listing pull within the Information Technology Systems Ontario market, known as ITSO. This impacts ITSO (Ontario, Canada) market users only. We are investigating and will follow up with more details as they become available.
In the meantime, ITSO listings and photos will take longer than usual to appear on BrokerBay. Please reach out to us at support@brokerbay.com should your listing not appear within an hour. Please note photos may take longer to appear automatically but can also be uploaded manually to BrokerBay once your listing is present.
